With the Keys famous for its fishing and diving, Gulfpointe 2 has a well-equipped, private dock with 8 slips and convenient, direct access to the Atlantic via Vaca Cut.

Many of our guests comment on the view from our rental—which, as a corner unit, really does have some of the best seats in the house.
Spend your afternoon watching the serene show from the third floor, wraparound balcony that suspends you over amazing Gulf views—a typical scene includes boating activity, small planes, egrets, pelicans and, occasionally, manatees. Stick around for sunset, pour your favorite drink, and settle into your front-row spot for a memorable show.
Inside the recently remodeled condo, find new wood plank tile floors, new quartz countertops, new appliances in the well-stocked kitchen and new bathrooms.
ABOUT THE COMPLEX
Gulfpointe 2 is known for its amenities and, particularly for its private boat dock with 8 slips (first-come, first served). You’ll even find excellent fishing right off the dock.
There's also a bait freezer, gear locker and a fish cleaning station available to guests. Grill your fresh catch on the gas grill on the lower balcony and dig in at the outdoor dining table, which has waterfront views and ambiance to beat any restaurant.
The complex also features a pool, which is steps away from the unit and heated in the winter months. You're just minutes from Route 1, but still very much a world away from the bustle.
THE LOCATION
Many fly south (about as "south" as you can get in the U.S.!) for the Keys’ world-famous fishing, diving and boating. The Keys phenomenal fishing offerings include offshore, reef/wreck & backcountry. For snorkelers and scuba divers, start on the barrier reef with Looe Key or Sombrero Reef; there are also great snorkeling spots right off the beaches in Marathon and nearby Bahia Honda.
For more of a ”sun worshipper” vacation, superb beaches nearby include Sombrero Beach and Coco Plum in Marathon and Calusa, Loggerhead, and mile long Sandspur beaches at Bahia Honda.
Cross iconic Seven Mile Bridge on your way to Bahia Honda or Key West for sightseeing, shopping, dining, nightlife and more. Nature and marine life lovers have several options for observing and learning in Marathon, including the Dolphin Research Center, the Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and the National Key Deer Refuge on neighboring Big Pine Key.
To keep you supplied, well-fed and ready to go, Marathon has great restaurants, full-service marinas, bait & tackle stores, marine stores, dive shops, grocery stores, Home Depot, Walgreens, etc. Everything a convenient, easy 5-10 minute drive from Gulfsidehaven.

My family and I have always enjoyed travelling the world.
